Terms and Conditions

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Reduced Items

  • Damaged Items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (these are Final Sale)

  • Certain health and personal care items if unsealed

3. Return Process

  1. To start a return, please email us at info@herritagerosin.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send your item. Please do not send your purchase back without first obtaining an RMA number.

  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided the label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@herritagerosin.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at info@herritagerosin.com and send your item to the return address provided with your RMA.
